Toddler Painting - Name Art

One of my favorite bloggers shared a great little project that she did with her two little ones. I just had to do it, too! She used some canvases, tape, paint and just let them go wild. The end product was pretty cool.

Yesterday afternoon, I gathered up our supplies. Luckily, I had all of this on hand so this was a free craft. I asked Andrew if he wanted to paint and they BOTH ran to the kitchen table. They just loved that they were going to make something with Mommy's paints. Since my canvases were small and my masking tape was kind of thick, we had to get funky with the layout of their names.  They each got to pick their colors: Andrew chose blue, brown, and orange. Alex chose green, yellow, and orange. It was so cute that they both wanted that color. I gave them their paints and let them go at it. They LOVED it!!
