Introducing Bijoux! This tiny 3 pound furball was a rescue dog with Florida Poodle Rescue - they found him all alone in a citrus grove. What a story for a Florida dog, right? Anyway, even though he is probably smaller than Andrew's Buzz Lightyear, he is powerful. He has a bark like you can't believe and energy that beats our two little men any day of the week. He is only 5 months old. He's pretty awesome.
Side note: Our Max was a rescue dog from Schnauzer Love Rescue - he was found on the interstate outside of Tuscaloosa, poor guy. So, this is something that is very important to us. There are some wonderful animals that are in need of a loving home. Please seriously consider adopting from a rescue organization instead of a "doggie-in-the-window" shop. They all hold some horrible stories and most (if not all) are from a puppy mill. Please research about any animal and the facility/breeder they came from before taking him/her home.
Now back to our family weekend!
My Dad - aka Grand-Daddy - chilling with Andrew.
Grand-Daddy and Alex = two tired men LOL

This was the theme of the weekend - Monopoly. The last night there, Jason played with all of us. But the nights, before, it was mainly Christopher, Brendan, Sean and I. We played until the wee hours of the morning. LOL No, the latest we were up was 1:30 or 2am. Good times. Mom said that she loved listening to us from their bedroom. She said, "Y'all were so funny! It was really quite, then there was a roll of the dice followed by a big, 'Oooooooooh!' from y'all. I loved it."
We loved it to, Mama :)
