Pumpkin Patch!

We went to the Pumpkin Patch yesterday! It was really fun this year. The last time we went, Andrew had just turned 1 and wasn't really able to do much. But this year, he got to show his brother how to do things at the Pumpkin Patch. It was so cute listening to Andrew explain things to Alex in some version of words and actions. LOL It is pretty cute. Andrew was so excited and worn out by the time we got to the car, though he was not too excited about having to leave. Maybe we will do something next weekend at another Pumpkin Patch or go to Boo at the Zoo? We will see! I love Fall! Have fun looking at the pics!

Andrew got a John Deere toy truck from Chloe for his b-day and Alex got a tractor from Zachary, so of course he had to check out the real deal. He loved this thing!

Andrew's 1st pony ride :)

Very excited, but a little nervous.

On the Tractor Pull Train

FUNNEL CAKE! You cannot go to a fall festival of any sort without getting a funnel cake. It is just wrong. This was Andrew's first funnel cake. He wasn't really too sure what it was, but tried a bite anyway. YUM! Look at the sugar rush of excitement on his face! LOL

Look at that a family pic! Don't worry, we are getting out family pics done for real this month! It's about time, right? :)

Looking for the pumpkins.

He tried to pick up every one. It did not matter if it looked too big or just right. He would still try. The ones he couldn't get he said with a grunt, "Uh-uh." then off to the next.

Way out in the patch looking for the best pumpkin.

A warty pumpkin. Cool.

Found one with a fun stem to hold.

This one has a star stem!

Too heavy.

A GREEN pumpkin! Very cool. I bet Kelly would love this!

Jason went as far as he could into the patch and came back with this big guy. See? The Great Pumpkin is real! This is a HUGE and EXTREMELY HEAVY pumpkin. It weighs more than Alex (20lbs). Maybe even Andrew (27lbs).

Gorgeous sunflowers! I love these!!

Time to get off mommy and giver her back a break LOL Oh, and time for BBQ, too!

Tried to get a pic of these two before leaving. They more interested in the hay. Still my two favorite things at the Pumpkin Patch!
